DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY
– Order will be dispatched up to 2 working days after payment is registered ( not apply for pre-orders)
– Order will be dispatched by an post: €7 parcel with tracking number and usually takes 1-3 working days ( in busy period could be longer)
– If you wish to collect your order in clonee dublin 15 please contact as via facebook or email to arrange time and date
– If you wish collect your order from parcel motel please contact as via facebook, parcel motel rate apply
– There is up to 3 weeks waiting time for selected products which are available for pre-order only (products are marked on the product information page as backorders) and products made individually for customer.
– We cannot accept liability for any delivery delays as they are outside our control.
– If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, we cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result. Please note that If package tracking status says “parcel delivered” we are not taking complaints for delivery service
– If you are unhappy with the contents of your order upon delivery, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us as soon as possible so we could resolve the problem
– All products must be inspected by you upon delivery and any damage in transit or shortages must be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery. No claims for damage in transit or shortage will be considered after this period.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Change your mind? We are happy to refund or exchange product within 14 days from the day you receive your order with a receipt as a proof of purchase. If you are wish to return or exchange product please contact us on email@example.com
– If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
– Products made individually for customer are excluded from return / exchange
– To be eligible for a return product must be unused and in its original condition including undamaged packaging and labelling, same condition that you received it. We cannot accept any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
– All items are your responsibility until we receive them. Products returned incomplete, damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted. We do not accept returned items that have been soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour. Items will be returned to sender immediately.
– You should consider using a trackable shipping service as we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties
– Please note only the price of the returned product will be refunded. Unfortunately we can not refund shipping costs.
– You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
– Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
– If you are approved, then your refund will be credited to the same payment method which you made your original payment
– Refunds can take 7-14 working days to reflect in your account depending on the bank or form of your payment
– Please note payment fee collected by paypal or stripe will not be refunded
– This does not affect your statutory rights
