1. General
By using and accessing this foryourbaby.eu site you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions and deemed that you are over 18 years of age. Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.
The inclusion of any products or services on foryourbaby.eu at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on foryourbaby.eu at the time you place your order.
2. Order
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation. We will then process your order and despatch your goods. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment.
3. Delivery
The cost for each delivery method and price is clearly indicated during the check-out process.

4. Payment
We use Paypal and Stripe Payments as our payment gateway for all credit and debit card transactions. Their criteria for online transactions are strict and secure, offering confidence to you and us!
We do not hold your credit card details on the website or on our customer database. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
We also accept bank transfers.
5. Right to cancel
The European Union Distance Selling Regulations provide you with a right to cancel your order for products until 14 days after you receive your order. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation.

6. Returns
Change your mind? We are happy to refund or exchange product within 14 days from the day you receive your order with a receipt as a proof of purchase. If you are wish to return or exchange product please contact us on foryourbabyie@gmail.com

7. Colours and measurements
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colours. The colour you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours.
An item’s measurements given on are only approximate values to give you a better understanding of the model or fit of that specific item, and not a definite guarantee of the actual measurements of the item you receive. The final measurements of an item may vary depending on the material used in its production.
